is it possible to make posi rear end?
93 ez-go 2-stroke. Anyone know of a way to make the rear end posi? I didn't know if you could just weld up the diff or not?

Re: is it possible to make posi rear end?
If you weld the diff. together to get both tires to pull at the same time you won't be able to turn...

You can turn it just chirps the inside tire. I have a jeep with a welded diff. I was hoping to use my cart in the snow to carry deer

You can weld it. The diff is just like a car. Ive read of people NOT having any trouble then others hate it. I guess it depends on what your using it for.

Another angle....
Keep the diff and rig independent brakes. Use a connector to keep 'em together until needed. Put the squeeze on the free spinning tire. |

Welding is the cheapest way to go.
If you don't want to weld the spiders and maintain your steering, there are limited slip kits available for your cart at around $160. |
