How much '93 2 Cycle Rearend lube?
I got the cart a year ago with a house I bought. I just opened the drain plug on the rear end to drain it out and there was nothing, barely even a coating of sludge. So I bought 1 Qt. of lube from WalMart and I managed to get half the quart in without trouble. My question is, is this enough or do I need to get more in there? How do I get more in there? Thanks for the help.

Re: How much '93 2 Cycle Rearend lube?
If they are the same as an 88, then remove the rubber stopper on the back side and fill till it's full or overflows a bit.
The book says 8-10 oz of 30 weight. When I got this cart from a friend of mine I was barely able to touch any oil in it when I stuck my finger down inside where that stopper is and I decided to top mine off with 80 wt. Seems to run smooth enough. |
