On the RXV, they used locknuts where exposure to chemicals, dirt, and humidity would be a minimum.

It takes about 20 minutes to remove the body off the RXV. It takes right at 15 mins to pull the engine, and it takes 5 mins to add the lift kit

I have used auto fasteners, stainless steel and sheet metal screws on the body's before. It's is actually easier and better to use the rivets, it depends on if your taking the cart apart anytime soon.

I like this post its well thought out and there is very much detail, but I must admit I think I will be staying with my green color. Bigin is not very good at Reassembly I always seem to have parts left over lol
