5"lift
Just put lift kit on ezgo changed pitch of engine oil toward back of engine shows low on dip stick do you add oil or what?

No, just leave it as is was, with the change in pitch it will show low but keep track of the new level this way you will know if you are low on oil.

Did you install the Jakes or the All Pro lift? With the kit you chose, did you have to use extended shackles for the rear, or did you just flip the rear axle to below the springs and use a new axle perch? The reason I ask is that I recently purchased my new to me ez go cart with some sort of home fabricated lift kit. They installed the front springs atop the stock front axle and installed some very long shackles on the rear to lift it approx 3 inches. I want to buy a 5" drop axle kit, but I don't want to use a kit which includes long shackles for the rear. I rather place the axle below the springs and add blocks if needed, while keeping factory length shackles.

can't beat the jakes lifts.
Yes just keep 1.5 qts of oil in it. any more the engine will pump/burn oil. You will be fine like it is. |
