help with year/model

i just bought this Cart and wanted to get more info on it. on the vin plate it says MODEL- GXT-8040 and CODE- F0896. i am guessing its a 1996 but not sure and cant really say what model it is.

It's a GXT804 (aka Tuff1) made in 1996 on the 8th day of some month (I think Nov. but could be wrong, take a guess)

Theres owners manuals list in the sticky thread at the top of the forum, these owners manuals a kinda generic and cover many years.

LMAO.... yeah, but I couldn't just give the answer away like that. You gotta work for it this way .

I have been studying so hard that I've just got numbers stuck in my head.... I meant to point out that the letters are months from July, and they skip the letter I since It could be mistaken for a 1 (one).

Instead... I'm thinking that the pitot/static system, altimeter, and transponder (including altitude encoder) must be inspected every 24 calendar months, and the valid period is until the last day of the month of original inspection .... They're gonna ask me that... I just know it
