allsports 6" a arm
Is the allsports a arm suspension ride and handling worth five hundred more dollars than the straight axle lift. Just like to here some opinions before spending the money for it. Also would like to see some pictures with the allsports a arm carts from the side to see how they look if anyone has one.Its just hard to spend that much money for something if you don't know if its worth it. Because the straight axle lift looks just as good. But I don't won't just looks but a better ride .

Re: allsports 6" a arm
Most a-arm lifts have a far better ride than a straight axle. If I wanted a long travel I'd go for jakes or stretch...theres one more I think. Just depends on what you want really. If your just mild of road cruisin you dont really "need" an a-arm. I wont buy an AS products. (my "opinion")

Re: allsports 6" a arm
my Jakes LT a-arm rides like butter compared to a spindle or drop axle lift. I had a drop axle on my ezgo before going with Jakes. Those type lifts are pricey but after having one, I wouldn't want any other type lift. It's nice going diagonal across a ditch and not teeter totter crossing it, the a-arm set up soaks it right up. Just my 2 cents.

I know thats what i hate about a straight axle if one side goes down the other side has to come up. But i guess the straight axles would probably carry weight better but thats about it.

Re: allsports 6" a arm
what lift are you using BC79? I can run either left or right wheel on a 12-14 inch stump and the other wheel will still be on the ground. Mine has great articulation.
