tire reviews
OK, Went out for a ride with my brother in law the other day. He has a stetched, lifted cart with new tires. He went through a mud hole without even spinning mud onto his cart. I went through, my tread filled with mud and I got stuck. After the good-natured ribbing was over, I decided to get some new tires.
I am looking at the mud lites, strykers, or carlisles. Any reviews? noise? steering issues? how do the handle in mud, pavement, gravel, etc? BTW: I have 22x11x10's on right now. I am not getting new wheels, so I am limited to some degree. If you have other suggestions, I am open to suggestions. |

Re: tire reviews
You want to get around in the mud? Theses are maxxis mudbug tires, pretty much the same thing as gators. you won't find a better mud tire, theses are 27" x 12" on 10" rims. I don't really have to use the locking rear end since I got these tires, i've been stuck in the mud with strykers and using the locker on this cart.

Re: tire reviews
OK it might help if I knew what size lift it has. It had the lift on it when I got it. The floorboard is 16 " off of the ground with 22x11x10's. It has a Jake's spindle lift. I am guessing it is a 6" lift.
With that said, what size will I be able to go with? |
