Default Belt slips going down hills

Not to be confused with the other post, my belt slips causing the cart to lurch about every 5 seconds when descending.
Is this likewise a case of the belt being too lose? It works fine going up hills and under every other condition.

The belt appears to be in good condition.

Steady throttle position? If so it may be the spring in the secondary may be weak and
sensing no load is opening?

could also be excessive wear (ridges) on the face of the clutches that the "loose" belt gets hung up in.

Yes, it is steady throttle position. It slips while descending. Once I get to a flat level area everything is good again.
Where would I find this secondary spring?

Thanks!
