244 engine wont start

I have an 88 e-z-go cart with a 244 engine that just quit-- it has spark, but no fuel delivery. I suspect the fuel pump. where can I get one?

welcome to BGW sonny. you can get one from most sposors at the top of the home page. i know everything carts has them. might try testing it first by pulling the gas line and turning the engine over. should be a steady, pulsing stream. if there is not you either have bad fuel filter or bad crank seals or the pump. you take them apart and check the diaphrams, but sometimes the split or leak is hard to see. they run about $35 or so.

Thanks for your reply-- I checked all the fuel line/filter to the pump-- no obstructions there-- I removed the pump & There was air pressure coming out of the hole in the motor that activates the pump when the motor turns over, but I think it should also have a vacuum cycle-- I couldn't check that - I will replace the pump. If that don't fix it, it must be an internal problem in the motor-so the pump can't work. There is spark--
