Default 1988 Rebuild motor need help in Houston,Tx

Plan on rebuilding motor on a 1988 ezgo gas truck. Anybody in Houston ,Tx area that can help me out?

plenty of people here can walk you thru it. quite easy, for the most part. pulling the clutch and flywheel seems to be the biggest problems. there is even a video out there on how to do it, and you can download a manual. look in the "gas tech" section at the top of this forum.

Do you have to split cases to change out seals on motor?

You will need to remove the engine and then you will have to remove the clutch and the flywheel. Both of these are daunting tasks but can be done with patience and determination. You do not need to split the crankcase
