![]() I am looking at a cart that is being represented as a 2002. the plate is missing on the passenger side and I didn't see anything under the seat. Where can I find a serial number? I need to identify year. it is a 2 cycle motor.

![]() I don't think ezgo made a 2 cycle motor since 93. 2 cycle motors where in metal body carts. If it's a 2001.5 or newer the steering column will have 4 mounting bolts where it bolts to the floor, if older 3 bolts.

![]() 4 bolts so must be newer than 2001.5 smokes a little. I guess that is a sign of burning oil. Do you know where I can find some manuals for the cart and motor? thanks

![]() No plates? EZGO stopped using serial plates in 2004, but there is a decal below the choke, one above the engine compartment (below the black engine cover) and also one more decal on the frame below the driver floor board in the area of the brake cable compensator. If all these are missing, I'll say that cart could have been stolen...

![]() I went to the local EZGO dealer and he said he will sometimes get used carts from the golf course that are missing their stickers and told me not to worry about being stolen.?????? I went ahead and bought the cart. Looks to be at least a 2002 (4 bolts on steering column) but not as new as 2005 as the air filter is the square one. ![]() I picked up a 4" factory ezgo lift kit from this dealer and also got some slightly used 23" tires on 12" wheels. Will try to get it lifted sometime next week. I'll post some pictures of process. The kids are having a blast on it right now. I do see one disadvantage of gas over electric. My grass is not getting a rest!

![]() Sounds like it's a hit with the kids, hope the 4" lift will clear the 23s.
