Default Problem with cart swaying

got a ezgo i bought from a guy, not sure the year but its a fairly new cart and it has a lift kit on it and when you got 2 people on it and go half to full speed it sways real bad...the shocks are REAL soft ..can i do something to stiffing them up or what should i do...thanks

yeah, if you were getting sway with say 4 bodies on the cart I'd lean towards getting some stiffer springs, but if you're getting lateral sway with only 2 people that's likely either too low pressure in the tires *OR* they could be cheapie 2-ply tires, which have the tendancy to sway, especially if they are larger sized tires on smaller rims (for example, 22X11-8's will always give you more flex than 22X11-10's on larger rims, as more sidewall is present) ... When I first lifted my cart I had a cheapie set of 22X11-8's I borrowed from a buddy on the cart and it was all over the place, when I picked up the new set I went with a 4-ply Chen Shin ATV tire and it eliminated almost all of it.

Also could be the toe in setting. Should be 1/8 to 1/4 in pigeon toed. OR too many thought cans

Yes, toe in could be the issue, mine was off and my cart was all over the road. When a lift kit is installed, it affects the toe in 99% of the time to some degree and it will need to be adjusted. Some installers skip this step when putting on the lift...I did.
