Purpose of set screw on 1996 TXT float bowl?
I noticed a spring-loaded screw on one side of the bottom of the float chamber on my 1996 TXT. Can someone tell me what it's for?

It bleeds the bowl dry... Back it out and it drains. Tighten it and it plugs it off.
