Default Need help with gas ez-go any takers?

I have a 01 gas ez-go that run full throttle, but can't get any range out of the pedal its either full or nothing. Any ideas? please help thanks

My guess would be a bad cable or maybe someone adjust something way wrong but I would suspect it's a cable problem first unless you know of recent adjustments made to the cart.

How long have you had the cart? Have you attempted to adjust the govenor? My money is either a bad cable or poor attempt of a govenor adjustment...

With the seat removed.. If you depress the gas pedal can you see the cable moving the throttle on the carb? Does it move back and forth according to how much you press/release the pedal or is it just 'snapping' on? If it moves gradually I would say there is a problem in the carb/throttle mechanism.
