Default 96 Txt wont run

When i press the gas it will turn over but wont move....spark plugs were fouled up very badly even though they are only a month old....cleaned them and tested the plugs and i am getting a spark. removed the fuel line after the pumps and saw gas coming out ao i dont think its the pump??? im not sure where to go i think the motor may be scrap...any help would be nice

Glad you got it running.
From your description and wording, you mention, fouling new plugs, getting spark and fuel, may be scrap.
Troubleshooting over the internet is tricky to start with and your description gives the impression of many hours on the motor.
We try to do several things here, start with the basics and try not to repeat ourselves.
Compression test was first and no need for 20 people to post it.
Like I said, Glad you got it worked out and it was simple.
