Default Runs great but a small problem surfaced

Had the cart to a rather large truck/tractor/motorcycle show this past weekend. This show is the main reason for getting a cart because of the area it covers. Cart runs great, carb is set so it will run at or slower than a walk but still scoot up to full ungoverned speed. I started to hear a rattle on Friday, the second day we were there. It got worse on Saturday so I looked at it that morning and found;

Also this;

The cart ran great with no other issues. I covered the hole with a piece of plastic coffee can to keep out dirt. The bracket had been broke and welded by the previous owner.

That'll rattle for sure! I'd add a stub on the bracket when you weld it again. That will give it more surface area and it will last!

Ouch! I didn't see that until now! A good welding shop can weld that mount back on your end cap. I've had them break before, too!

The rear mount is GONE! If I could have found and saved it I would have. the previous owner did add another rear bracket on the drivers side which probably saved the whole unit from going bye-bye. I will pull the broken mount before cold weather sets in so it will be ready for spring.
