Default Confused about how to know what year...

New here and to carts. I have an E-Z-Go Textron (TXT?). I searched the forums to try to save you guys from repeat questions, but I'm confused. If the last two numbers tell you the year, mines either a 1914 or a 2014 .
The Manufactuer code is 83L14. Is it the first two numbers? 83 makes since. Or the last two of the serial is 86.
Glad to see this forum exist. This thing has a lot of work. It runs but...
I'd rather something to work on basically from scratch for entertainment purposes. That's a little intro to me in a nut shell.
Thanks for any help, and look forward to further conversations and to see what customs you have done!

It was able to find the year, but through the descriptions I was able to narrow it down to a Medalist (1993-1999). Thanks!
