Default Need Help! "Ultimate Buggies" Turn signal kit install on a factory lit TXT

It's a 2006 TXT Cart. I'm doing a charity install for our Girl Scout/teacher's aid at daughter's local school and I'm about to give up. I have read everything I possibly can but still can't quite get the rear figured out. The entire cart is wired in with the sealed reinforced wire harness crap and I am not sure if I need to tear into that or just run new wiring. Seems like a big waste to run new wires when There's this beautiful wiring loom all ready installed in the cart. I popped the cup holders and found the harness plug and also a pair of two mysterious red and black wires sitting in there. If anyone has been through this project before, I sure could use the help. THX.

Everything is pretty understandable until I get to the flasher and the brakes. I don't understand why a cart is wired for signals and not utilized? It seems to me like there should be some type of harness hiding somewhere.......
