Welcome to the forum.

There are several things that will stop your engine running but the little 2PG is a cool dude and we can get him up again. If you are familiar with 2 stroke engines then I apologize for starting at the basics.
As you will be aware a 4 stroke needs gas, spark and compression to work (all the things that you have), however a 2 stroke also needs crankcase compression to work the fuel pump and more importantly to move fuel into the cylinder. Here is a nice model of your engine at work.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Ar...e_Zweitakt.gif
Before we start are you using a new spark plug? I have on several occasions found that a plug that seems to work outside the cylinder craps out under pressure. This seems particularly prevalent on 2 strokers, so it might be worth trying a new plug.
That done pull the fuel line off the carburetor and crank the engine. (Please use sensible safety precautions). Do you see a series of big healthy pulses of fuel, not a dribble, not a trickle but a big old spurt? If not, is the fuel filter clean? Did you prime the new pump? If the answer to those two questions is yes the squirt some fuel mixture into the air intake of the carburetor and crank the cart. Does it catch?

Let us know the results from this and we can go further. BTW the engine is very tolerant of timing issues which as you will discover later is quite a blessing.

Done all of the above. used a baby bottle ( new born nipple ) straight in the carb and still nothing.I did notice when I pulled the spark plug after a few rounds that it still had pressure in the head.I know some 2 strokes will do that not sure if this motor should. So what now lol .Thanks for the help again.

Well although it is hard to be definate by remote control, if your engine is not sucking the fuel from the air intake then you have lost crankcase pressure. The causes could be,

1. The fuel pump is not bolted down or the gasket has sprung a leak.
2. The crankcase has a leak (either in the joint or a crack).
3. One or both crankcase seals are toast.

I think that you are going to have to pull the engine and replace the seals. The good news is that it is a $8 job. The bad news is that it is all rather tedious.

Dave, Im a little lost now. I have 180 compression. Im getting fuel from both the fuel pump threw the carb or with the baby bottle, it has fire it just wont even give me a little bit of a start up not even if I put a little fuel in the head.Ive never had any thing like this be so hard to even crank once not even a pop or a big bang.

Dave, thanks for all your help .
I unhooked the muffler from the pipe and its running now like a top.
Now I have to get that muffler out and see why its clogged. Its not clogged in the stinger part of it I had already checked that part.HMMMM What a joke, just like a red headed step child.I'll let you know what I pull out of it.

Wow that is a tad unusual. What normally happens is that the muffler will still breathe enough to run until it gets hot and then it clogs completely, still I am glad that you found the issue. It is probably clogged with oil residue as a result of a previous owner running an overly rich mixture. Most folks will now build a big fire and BBQ the muffler. After about 30 minutes the gunk will catch fire and jet flames out of both ends. When you are done just tap the muffler to shake out the ash.

Good job.

Guess that explains the high compression (180) and still compression when the plug was pulled. That exhaust really must have been sealed.Well even DAVE and the guys can learn something from this even not common at all. I say REAL GOOD GUESS. It's BBQ time YEA!!! PARTY PARTY

I reposted this under a new thread with the same name.

Have virtually same problem. Have new muffler new fuel pump new starter solenoid. Was driving and it died hasn't fired since. Tried ether and gas into intake. Spark looks good. New pump is same as old one just pulsating very small amounts. Had slight wobble on drive clutch and replaced it. Before that had faulty solenoid. Prior to all this cart ran fine.
