Default Late Model Springs

A while back there was a post about someone lifting their cart and using late model coil springs instead of the extensions. I have searched for that thread, but cannot find. I would like to know what pound and size spring they used. I have already taken the shock extensions off and added the correct shocks (monroe 32207).
