EZ GO Accelerator Switch location

I was wondering if someone could post a picture of where the accellerator micro switch is located on a 1987 2 stroke marathon. The cart I bought had the current one taken off so I don't know where it goes or how to bolt it on. Thanks to anyone who can offer some help.

I've got the same problem trying to locate the accelerator switch location. Does any have a diagram or picture of the location?

It goes at the bottom of the firewall right behind where the throttle cable mounts to the the gas pedel linkage.

It's located right below the seat, just behind the forward reverse lever.

My cart is real jerky on low speed. I hope this is the issue.

If the motor is spinning when the pedal is pushed the switch is fine. If it is spinning and jerking then it is a belt or clutch issue.

OK, that makes more sense, because the clutch looks out of balance and it's loose when spinning.
