Re: 91 ezgo gas been sittin awhile
To start get rid of the old gas in the tank and use fresh.Put a 100-1 mix of oil in it to be safe incase the oil injector isn't working. Pull the plug wire off the plug and hold the end ,or lay it, close to a bolt or other ground point and crank the engine to check for spark. If you have spark there you could pulll the plug and do the same thing with the wire attched to it.Gas isn't worth a crap these days and after sitting loses some of its umpf, start with fresh gas and oil mix

Forget the oil injection and just premix your oil at 50:1 for the first tank or so. Then progress up to 128:1[/QUOTE]

Re: 91 ezgo gas been sittin awhile
Definitly unhook the oil-injection.No need to mix the oil at 50:1,The stock recommended mix is 128:1(1oz./gal)If you want to give it a little extra,or if you plan to run it hard, mix it 1-1/2oz./gal.It is better to run at least Mid-Grade gas.I've run mine at this mix for 4yrs. with no problems and it is ungoverned, runs flat-out for long-periods and has been beaten hard for all 4 yrs.Hope this helps.
