Noob Needing Nowledge :)

Headcase

Hi guys, I am new to this site and new to the concept of wrenching on carts so any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
I have a 92 E-Z-Go Marathon GX444 with the 244 CC 3PG engine that just Blew up. Compression is a whopping 30 lol! Question for the rebuild is since I'll have it apart anyway, are there kits that have an oversize piston say .25 to .50 to get a little more power out of it or is there only a stock rebuild?
Thinking that if I have to tear this deep into it would it be worth it to kind of rebuild and modify the whole rig. Clutch n gears and the whole kadoodle!
Would eventually like to jack it, paint it and trick it out for a party cart while golfing :) any ideas?
