Re: header ezgo 2 stroke
Noone makes one that I know of that is a "bolt-on" (and trust me I've been looking for 2 years) ... I have an extra 88 headpipe that I have often gazed at, thought that "someone" I know likely has some kind of 250cc 2-smoker E-chamber/pipe that I could weld up - but why? The bottom end is designed for 5K, and I get that now. Starts good, runs consistantly ..... It's a Marathon, it's fun, it *almost* can't be broken in its' current configuration - "nuff said. Grab your wallet, an older CC DS, and any one of the myraid of "Big Block" plans on the web if You want to get crazy ....

A single cylinder header?Wouldn't that be just a pipe?

My 79 pipe is shaped like an "s" or a "z" shape. It was cut in 4 pieces when I got it. What a chinese puzzle to get it back together. I also did not have a choice.

Re: header ezgo 2 stroke
that's almost exactly where I was going, but again, Why? Drilling the jets would be *too* easy, the BV24 on my cart (which would drop into any 2 or 3PG as an easy replacement for the BV18 they came with) but hmmm .... Brethe the he** out of it, and yeah, it'll run. But really, it runs now. Easily and powerfully to 5K without breaking stride. The bottom end is designed for 5K as a redline (NOT governed, but REDLINE) and I do that now without any need for a different power curve getting there .... Temptation breaks things, and I already have an issue with 5K. I'll walk away

My was the stock pipe that somebody hacked up so I didn't have a choice. The muffler was bad so they were trying to straight pipe it somehow. Good thing they left the flange on there. Yeah I see your point. Why?
