Default Seats for back of my 85 Marathon

Im thinking of mounting two boat seats to the back of my cart where the black pads are located facing each other on a slight angle so my kids can use the existing floor pan for their feet. The reason is I have a short bed pick up and Im towing a 33ft travel trailer so any additional length would be an issue and I do not have room to store a removable bench seat.
Has anyone tried this and if so what kind of bracket did you use? The seats are 19h x 15w x 14 d with a std. 4 bolt 5in c/c bolt pattern.

just a thought, but I've actually ridden in the back of a cart "sidesaddle" like you're describing, and it's a heck of a lot more difficult to stay seated and stable than if you're facing either forward or straight rearward - could get a little scary for the kids, if not actually somewhat dangerous, might want to consider seatbelts, depending on how carefully you tend to drive

Thanks thats food for thought but the seats have high backs and the kids are 10 and 15 so it shouldnt be an issue. Maybe Ill consider making a grab bar and attach it to the front seat back rest mount for added safety
