2007 ezgo not running
I have 2007 ezgo I changed the oil in it today I put quart and a half in it and I goto fire it up its not running. Its getting spark and picking up fuel. The RPMs are not coming up it sounds like. So I need help thanks

Throttle arm above rear end does not seem it is moving it used to move what could be the issue?

I got a new throttle cable it is fixed now it seens like the clutch is making a whineing noise. Has anyone had a issue with this or is it just the clutch what can be done to fox this issue
