EZgo 1979 Manual needed
Hi
We just acquired a EZ-GO 1979 Marathon 3 wheel model with Robin 2PG engine. I am looking for a Service manual. Would there be any manual out there? thanks very much, Julie |

Re: EZgo 1979 Manual needed
Hi, That was really quick reply, thanks for that.
We just got this golf cart, and the people who owned it couldnt get it to work for a few years I guess. We pulled the motor this weekend, my father-in-law is going to rebuilt it. We were looking at it and couldnt get spark. We put the battery charger across the coil and still never got spark. Also with the spark plug removed we could turn the engine over, but with the spark plug in the motor was very stiff. We did get compression. The cart is also missing 1 set of switches, the other is broken. Some wiring is missing. Seems the electric motor on the engine might be weak. We also bought new points and condensor - do they go between the electric motor and the engine? Any info on diagrams Throttle cables seem not to be installed correctly, diagram for this would be helpful too. I guess any help would be appreciated. thanks again Julie |
