valve adjustment
Can any of you Ezgo guru's awnser a question for me? Had an Ezgo shuttle in a few months ago, wouldn't fire up and was spitting out the carb. Checked the valves and the intakes were really tight (exhausts were fine), adjusted them to .004 with the engine cold and it started right up and delivered back. Yesterday, came back with the same problem. My question is...How did they get tight again? The custermer asked how that could happen and I had no awnser. Thanks Dave

Re: valve adjustment
Are the adjusters backing off?I'm not familiar with the Ez-Go setup, but I've seen other engines do this.

Re: valve adjustment
HI Dave. The valves are shot. They are sinking into their seats in the head ... This makes the stems longer by the week
