2002 EZGO GAS Cranks but WON'T START!

Hello, its been a long while since I have been on here but know its the place to find good advice.
I have a friends 2002 Gas Ezgo cart, all stock and it has been running fine and then kinda was getting hard to start, drove it home one day and parked it in the garage and it sit for a couple of weeks. I went to take it out and the battery was dead. charged it and it would crank but not start. Battery was bad so I replaced it with a new one.
I still cranks but will not start. When I press the pedal it cranks and I get voltage ( using a test light) to both terminals on the coil but no fire at the plugs( used the sure fire method of holding onto the wire while cranking to know it definitely does not fire).
I am assuming it is either one of 3 parts, Ignitor, coil, or pulser but was wondering if there is a way to test or check each part before buying new ones as they are rather pricey. Is there one of these parts that is more common for failure?
Any info will be much appreciated.

More than likely its the ignitor.Had pretty much the same issue with mine.you can check the pulsar by testing across the two leads going to it.
