Yes the bolt pattern is the same. On the front you will have to watch the tire diameter because it is limited to the fork length. I switched my wheels between my 71 three wheeled cart and my 94. If you buy them in a set of four you could always mount the fourth on the rear for a spare.

Since it has forks in the front i would assume it would have to be a centered wheel.
