I just hauled home another free cart but it doesnt have a generator, i have 2 2 stroke generators, are they the same they look similar. I also need the tensioner for it does anyone still make the tensioner for a 4 stroke marathon.

Just guessing but it seems like you could make a 2 stroke s/g work, you wouldn't need to spin it backwards though. on the mount....seems like you can still get parts for those from ezgo or jacobsen, the jacobsen version of the 804 is the 810

I think i found a part for the tensioner that might work, i was looking at the generators i have today and the diagrams, it looks like all i need to do is run that small cable between the two terminals and it would be the same as a 4 stroke gen, the mounts are all alike by the way it looks, The cart im talking about is the one in my sig the gxt804 i think im gonna keep this cart its one of the easiest one to work on because the whole rear bed flips up and lets me get at anything underneath.
