Default EZ-GO Workhorse ST-350

I have a workhorse that has lost pulling power. I think the motor need to be rebuilt. It has the Robin motor 352cc in it. What is the compression ratio for this motor? Has anybody rebuilt this engine? Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Greg

I pulled the spark plugs out and they had a lot of oil build up on them. I'm thinking the rings maybe shot. I'm going to do a compression check and see what I come up with.
