I have ALL of those manuals but NONE of them show an exploded diagram of the rear differential. (The gearing) This is for a GAS cart.

Roady, I believe this if for a 94. I think its bearing sizes that are different between those
ezgomike can probably get you the right ones if these won't do ![]() ![]() |

Thanks ruredy. That helps. I have it all tore apart, cleaned, bead blasted, new seals and gaskets, governor removed. Just needed something to refresh my memory a little bit.

Here are some pics of the rebuild. I bead blasted the case, washed it 3 times in an automatic hot water washer, new seals, bearings and gaskets. While I was in there I installed an 8:1 high speed gear set from CPP. EZGO high speed gears. Removing the ezgo governor was real easy. I tapped the governor hole to accept a 7/16-20 thread bolt to seal it all off.
