because I kept hearing this noise that sounded like a jet engine like a ringing noise anyways I fiddled with the small adjustable wheel to get the hub back on. I drove it around and now the is no brakes how do I get it back to normal?ahhhh

There should be a hole in the back plate or you're drum.. put it all back to gather jack it up and take a screw driver and adjust the wheel till brakes are firm but not dragging..

The adjustment hole is in the drum face. Hard to see in there, I wear a headlight lamp to see the star adjuster and a common screw driver to crank it up. Adjust it until the brakes just start to drag someplace while rotating the drum by hand. That should do it.
