1981 EZGO Gas 2 Stroke Questions
I am looking at putting a 4-5" block lift in my 1981 EZGO Gas 2 stroke golf cart and then putting bigger rims and tires on it. The tires are a little aggressive but not as bad as some that I have seen on here. Can you tell me is this going to be hard on the 2 stroke motor and will I have more maintenance issues? Also, is there a good way to stay on top of the issues before they get worse? Any advice would be helpful. Thanks

Re: 1981 EZGO Gas 2 Stroke Questions
anytime you put taller tires and or a lift kit on a stock cart it will cause the engine to overwork and usally slow it down.A lot more stress on all the suspenion(ball joints, tie rod ends ect.) A few inchs in tire height will change the gear ratio 15 to 25%.TurboTim
