Where can I find 8" rims with a positive offset
Where can I find 8"x 7" rims with a positive offset.
I need to tuck the wheels inwards so I can drive my cart inside a 48" wide door. I need about 1/2" per side. Thanks Ken |

Thanks for the link, but they only sell negative offset rims.

You're likely to find that you can't use a negative offset on your cart anyhow, the clearances with the brakes/swingarm/etc are tight enough with a centered rim that even going with a 1" wider tire will cause binding and rubbing (been there done that)

Yes your correct. I was able to relocate the brake mount inward.
The mount has 2 holes, I used the inner hole and trimed off the ear of the outward. I have tons of clearance now for at least 1.5 to 2" |

You might look for someone who sells douglas wheels. They may have an aluminum wheel combination that you can use. Or try their web site. DWTracing.com
They have alumilite wheels for specifically for golf carts in 8" and 10" with different width combinations, according to their site, but you have to call |

Could you mount the negative off sets backward? You would have to drill a new hole for the valve stem to add one to the outside (you would still need to install the inner stem)

They don't make them with a positive offset. |

Might be easier to widen the shed doors.
