engine ID help
I just picked up an 86 gas ez go. Not sure what size of motor this has though. I do know it is a 2 cylinder, but where can I find a code of some sorts stamped on the engine. I just need to know a little more about this motor if any one can help. Thanks!!

[The following information is only valid if you are sure the year is correct, maybe give us the Manufacturing code to verify]
The engine is not stock if it has two cylinders, so it should have a brand or something on it. That would help identify it. Last edited by 2stroke; 09-07-2008 at 04:27 AM.. Reason: realized year could be wrong |

Oops its actualy a 1995, not an 86. I was reading the model # like I would on my club car. Manuf. code is C2095. What all can be told about this code?? Model or something. It also has a box on the back. Thanks for any help...

The manufacturing code tells the date it was manufactured.
The model number tells the model of it. The serial number is it's asset identification. The engine is either a 295(eh29) or a 350(eh35) it'll be marked as to which one. |
