94 Ez Go Timing
I Just Bought A 94 Ezgo With A 295 Robin Engine It Had A Busted Timing Belt Took It To The Shop (ezgo Dealer) And At First They Set The Timing Wrong And It Would Not Run. Went To Pick It Up And It Was Blowing Out The Carb And Sucking In The Tailpipe. I Told Them That The Timing Was Off. They Reset The Timing And It Runs.
It Has No Low End Power And Smokes Like A Train. Could They Still Have The Time A Few Degrees Off |

Re: 94 Ez Go Timing
There is the service manual which can show you how the timing is set so you can verify it's correct. My guess would be the smoking is unrelated to the timing.
