Default Missing Transaxle Input Seal? Diagram Available?

I have a 1988 gas EZGo I am repairing. There seems to be a part missing at the input shaft for the transaxle. There are 4 empty bolt threads. What am I missing? After taking off the driven pulley this is what I saw.

Does anyone has a diagram of this assembly? Thanks!

The hole are there for the electric carts for the motor plate to mount to. They use the same axle center section

Does this opening around the splined shaft allow dirt to get into the gears? It looks pretty filthy in there.

No look at the seal it mates to the driven clutch inboard side. When reinstalling the clutch place a bit of lube on the mating surface.

I'm also trying to find an exploded view diagram of my axle/differential. Does anyone know what it's called. (It seems the Dana axle is easy to find, but much different)

I have a 79 with the same rearend. The seal is the metal sleeve on the the back side of the driven clutch. I have no seal and mine doesn't leak. Hope the pictures help.

The metal sleeve runs within the seal that is pressed into the diff. case. His photo's clearly show the seal.

I must be missing the seal then. Mine has never leaked.

So one of these surfaces must be doing the sealing action. 'A' seems more promissing since 'B' has those weld grinds.

Also I found thise exploded view, but it doesn't really answer the seal question, but at least I now know my configuration is standard. Thanks!

That's correct. "A" is what seals the rearend. Mine doesn't leak but I'm gonna get a seal now.
