Default New ST350 Owner with a question

A friend sold me his 2000 ST350 a couple weeks ago. The thing runs great. Completely unmodified. Regularly maintained by the local EZGO dealer. At $500, it was a deal I couldn't pass up.

The only thing I really need to address with it is the front tires. They are original and they are cracking like crazy. The front right tire holds air just fine, but the front left leaks pretty fast. I can see several spots where slime seeps out. The front tires are 21x9.00-10. I seem to be having a hard time finding that size tire. I have thought about going up to 22" tires, but the back tires are only a couple years old and are practically new. Is there any downside to putting 22" tires on the front and keep the 21" tires in the back? Also, any recommendations on where to buy?

Thanks,
JJ

Thats a deal! You could always rotate the smaller tires up front and put the new ones on the rear.

That should work.

We have a ton of cactus and mesquite out at our hunting place (where I use and keep the cart). Anyone have recommendations on a good durable tire that won't fall prey to every thorn that I encounter?

yes, run the 22's on the rear and 21's on frt.

IMO see if you can find ATV tires. they are usually built stronger.
