Has anyone done this swap? Is there a kit? How did it go?

I did the swap and it was easy.No problems other than mashed finger ( my fault ) Got the whole kit from CPP a sponsor here ,nothing else to buy . Give Tom a call he will bend over backwards to help.

Yes and no .The kit has motor ,the mount that was in you pic.,belt clutch andwireing harness and a fuel filter

Ok, you bought the entire kit, engine and all........I have access to the engine....just gotta get the mount and a clutch setup if mine won't work on it......how much better does your cart do with the 18 horse vs the stock engine.....how fast does it go?

No comparison between the two. It will spoil you and run circles around you neighbors .Your speed will come from the RPMs and not the size of the motor Mine runs about 25 +
