1999 EZGO Gas ST-350 (Value?)

Hi All,
We have a 1999 EZGO Gas ST-350 that hasn't been used in a while so we put a new battery in for it and it still wouldn't start.

A repair center mentioned it need a new pulsar coil and ignition coil to make it run; question: what should a repair like this run approximately?

Also, if we don't do repairs, what would be an approx fair sale price?

The edge of the steel dump bed is dinged it a bit on the edge (it still raises and lowers), but otherwise the cart body looks okay and the engine is fine. The repair center says the rear axle is slightly bent on one side and runs with a slight 'limp'.
