Default seeking electrical help

I replaced the solenoid and still cannot get power going to starter. I can jump across and get it to turn over. I have checked all wires and connections but do not know where to go next. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Year, make, model and engine would help. But it sounds like you have a switch problem or the small switch under the floor board is not working.

Do you get a click when you put your gas peddle down 1/2" or more? If not you would want to check the limit switch for connections and even failed. Limit switch sends power to the solenoid. First place to look. If you hear the click then take test light and follow power from limit switch wire to solenoid making sure your connections are all in good condition. You should have power to solenoid when the click hits. ( Make sure you have the cart on stands)
