2009 ezgo txt eh350 surges

Hi I have a 2009 ezgo txt with a eh350 motor. Cart has low hours but motor surges and spits gas out of the carb intake and appears to out of exhaust too.
Starts great and idles fine but higher Rpms is when it surges and no power. Have ruled out clutch problems by removing belt.
Things done so far:
Checked and rechecked valves .04.
Cleaned carb twice
changed gas and oil.
New oil , air, gas filter
Checked crankcase breather for leaks
Compression at 160 on both cylinders
Checked fuel pulse and good

Any idea where too next? Gonna check muffler and timing belt next

Think I got it dialed. Had enough spark to run but very weak spark. Got new coil on order

Update new coil gave better spark but didn't fix issue. Was pulling my hair out over this thing. Last thing I checked was timing since all the forums say they break and never jump. Was off 2 teeth. Runs like a champ now. Gonna order new belt and tensioner just to be safe.
