Based on the welded extension on the lower shock mount I would say home made.
That is my guess from the pic I am looking at.

That's a factory shock connection. The lift would be on the square pieces with the four bolts in it.

Yep,its the factory shock-bracket.It probably cracked at some point and was welded.The front end looks all original.Hope this helps.

Thanks guys! My neighbor kept telling me that it was a homemade lift but I didn't think it was since i couldn't see where the old mounts were.
