I ordered the 3/4" fine thread bolt for the clutch from Mcmaster, but of course you have to buy 5 minimum. For the flywheel, I threaded the original nut on, then bought a cheap universal puller from Metro Tool (a local shop with Harbor Freight like products) for $15, but had to buy long metric bolts (in bulk of course)from McMaster to reach the flywheel mounting holes. It didn't come off easily. Steve.

I used the bolt and steel bar method with a wrench and was able to pop the clutch off my '87 it took a little elbow grease (actually quite a bit without an impact) but it worked great.
Thanks, for the great advice |
