Rear hydraulic brakes issue
I installed a 4 disc hydraulic brakes on my 2000 ezgo from wheelsca. I have gone through 2 drive side rear aluminum hubs. I have followed the instructions and have torqued the nut within spec and have not backed the nut out to put cotter pin in. Has anyone else had issues with the aluminum hub splines failing.

Re: Rear hydraulic brakes issue
Have you checked to be sure the splines on your axle are not worn down?

Re: Rear hydraulic brakes issue
They look pretty good eyeball wise but may replace the axel just to eliminate that part of the equation and see what happens.
