Default 1990 ezgo marathon 3pg

i have a 1990 3pg engine and all the sudden it started to leak gas looks like down by the clutch or somewhere around there it takes forever to get going it runs but it wont go. it cranks and then it like thats all it does til it engauges and it like clunk clunk clunkclunkclunk then goes but leaks gas please help

I would guess blown crankshaft seal, cylinder gasket, or head gasket.

it seems as if the engine is getting flooded i put new crank seals, new carburator, hoses, fuel filter but dont know about the cylinder gasket or head gasket. how would i know which one it is and by the way it smokes alot if that helps thanks

The bottom of the cylinder is bolted to the crankcase. That's where the cylinder gasket is.
The head is bolted to the top of the cylinder. That's where the head gasket is.

A compression check should be done to check the head gasket. Removing the engine would enable a visual check of the cylinder gasket.

The excess fuel also makes it sound like the fuel pump has a ripped diaphragm that is leaking down into the engine.

thank you ill check to see if its the fuel pump if not the ill check all gaskets it has 125 compression
