Default Ez go txt spark issue

Have a 99 txt, currently no spark. Turns over but can't get it to fire. Replaced ignition coil, palcer coil as well as the igniter. IV heard something about the drive belt and drive clutch, so I Replaced the belt thinking it might help. Has a brand new carb on it. Would adjusting the valves possibly help or wut else could it be?? Could the timing belt have jumped and now it's out of time?
Hope you guys can help me out.

yes Adjusting valves ,i would do. Did you install new spark plugs? Make sure you have a good 11.5-12V on plus(+) of coil while cranking. Check black wire on ignitor, make sure its a good ground.

I adjusted the valves. I got 10 v at the positive on the coil.

Have you tried taking out the plugs then while they are connected to the coil wire, hold the rubber boot while holding the threaded part of the plug against metal to see if it has any spark visually? If it does, then your issue is fuel not spark. If it doesn't then make sure all connections including your grounds are properly connected.

That 10v is very low. Things to check ,clean batt. terminals, measure voltage at battery terminals when cranking. Make sure your battery grounds are clean. Check fuse that feeds ign. switch , and wiring connections to pedal switch and other micro switches.
