Starter mount broken or missing bolts? EZGO TXT 2001

EZGO TXT 2001.
Today I was driving three persons and a kid, then there was a burning rubber smell. I saw that starter belt felt off and was almost shredded.

Here are some images.

Is this the place where one bolt is missing?



Is this broken? Or there are bolts missing?


Okay, the one on the left side is bolted, and the one on the right keeps moving in one point, have to try tomorrow, its dark now.


so, was the bracket broken that supports the starter?

Here is the engine mounting

72010-G01 Front Engine Mount, yes it has two holes for bolts, and it was not broken.
Here is the image up side down.

Bolts are: BOLT, 7/16 - 14 X 1 1/2" LG
I think the second one is broken inside of the block, then how will I drill it out in such a small place...

The bolt was not broken, both bolts must felt off with vibration (?).
So, added to new bolts.
Starter was on the side (remove negative from battery first) so I could work.
Put the gloves (otherwise...).

And this is how the belt looks like, so I have to change it...
